Finally save for your down payment & earnest money, so you are ready to go when your “dream home” is found.
4. Take the time to make your “must have list” together for this dream home. Is it a ranch or two story, is it 3 or 4 bedrooms, how much land do you need, is certain rooms key to your purchase. When this list is developed take the time to talk it through with your agent, so you use your time efficiently and find your dream home quickly.
