As a resident of Table Rock Lake area and a real estate agent for Keller Williams I am always amazed at all the wonderfully, unique opportunities we have. Everyone knows how much fun Silver Dollar City can be for kids, it’s got rides, shows and lots of wonderful food. But what makes this amusement park so amazing is how it morphs itself into so many things; This weekend I saw wonderful entertainment from across the world at World Fest, where I was serenaded by a wonderful Frenchman, road on a swing which took me way to high to see all across the Ozarks (and was reminded why I don’t like rides), bought a cedar bird house with extraordinary detail (I’ll have birds coming from all over to call this place home) ate my childhood favorite funnel cake and relished of memories of when I came as a child. The most amazing thing is next week I have the opportunity to watch Silver Dollar City morph into Bluegrass & BBQ Festival, followed by Kids Fest, Independence Day, Gospel picnic, Country Music Weekend, National Harvest Festival and finally Old Time Christmas. It truly is a wonderful experience for all ages and you will leave with a little history, a few pounds heavier and lots of great memories.
